We are looking for not only a manager, but also a partner for business clients.
With us you will have the opportunity to:
- build and maintain sustainable relationships with small business clients – become their financial partner;
- after assessing the client’s needs, help them find the best financing solutions;
- analyze applications, evaluate financial data and business opportunities, as well as potential risks;
- make decisions on granting financing;
- participate in the development of new products/processes for business clients.
We expect you to have:
- have a higher education (economics, finance or business administration would be an advantage);
- you have experience in business finance and are familiar with various business finance products;
- you have financial statement analysis skills and understand how numbers reflect the real business situation;
- you are curious, proactive and have a strong customer focus;
- you speak English.
