With us you will have the opportunity to:
- Consult existing and new small business clients and identify their leasing needs;
- Analyze financial statements (balance sheet, profit (loss) and cash flow statements) of small business clients and farmers, assess their financial capacity to purchase cars, commercial vehicles or equipment through leasing, identify business and financial risks and make financing decisions;
- Actively offer and sell leasing-related insurance products (CASCO and compulsory civil liability insurance);
- Create and develop long-term relationships with vendors (automobiles, commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery and equipment), ensuring a smooth customer financing process;
- Collaborate with credit, risk and other internal teams to achieve the best solutions for customers;
- Initiate and implement proposals that improve leasing processes, customer experience and business results.
We expect you to have:
- You have a higher education in economics, finance or business administration;
- You have experience in analyzing financial statements of companies (balance sheet, profit (loss) and cash flow statements), are able to assess the financial condition, performance and financial capacity of companies - financial statement analysis and financing decision-making will be an important part of this position's work;
- You are familiar with the principles of business lending;
- You are proactive, solution-oriented, quality customer service and result-oriented;
- Builds trust-based relationships with customers, partners and other stakeholders;
- Enjoys a dynamic work environment, is able to effectively plan work and manage multiple tasks at the same time;
- Have very good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
