Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible Financial Reporting Manager to join the [b]Artea Bankasteam, who is ready to work in a team, make decisions together, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- You will lead the team, set priorities and help colleagues grow;
- You will ensure high-quality preparation of annual and quarterly financial statements and month-end closing;
- Improve the accounting methodology of the Bank Group, paying special attention to the application of IFRS 9, cooperating with the risk management team;
- Consult colleagues on IFRS issues and ensure timely implementation of changes to standards;
- Improve and automate accounting processes, ensure implementation of IFRS requirements in banking systems;
- Coordinate cooperation with auditors and supervisory authorities.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Higher university education in finance, accounting, economics or a similar field;
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, auditing or reporting, preferably in the financial sector;
- Good knowledge of IFRS and experience in preparing or auditing separate and consolidated financial statements;
- General understanding of IFRS 9 principles, including classification, measurement and expected credit losses (ECL) of financial instruments. Deeper knowledge and practical experience in applying the methodology is an advantage;
- Ability to organize teamwork, clearly justify decisions and collaborate;
- Knowledge of financial accounting IT systems and good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
