AREA OF IMPROVEMENT:
You will participate in the implementation of international development cooperation projects funded by the European Union, contributing to reforms in various fields in various countries.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will manage payment documents, participate in the preparation of employment and service contracts and help colleagues manage mission documentation.
- You will assess the eligibility of expenses in accordance with the requirements of funding contracts and their budgets, systematize and analyze data and documents supporting expenses, prepare financial reports and forecasts.
- You will improve internal financial management procedures, consult colleagues and partners, participate in discussions and audit processes.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a university degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, economics or business management or are a final year student;
- You have at least 2 years of general professional experience, of which at least 1 year of work experience in financial processes, payments, accounting;
- You are characterized by work competencies, such as good communication, flexibility, efficiency, analytical thinking, independent and teamwork, management of several parallel tasks;
- You have excellent computer skills, you are an advanced user of MS Excel;
- You speak English at B2 level or higher;
- You have a desire to learn and improve.
THE FOLLOWING PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WOULD HELP YOU:
- Working in the public sector;
- Working directly with business partners, with managerial competencies;
- Implementing and/or administering programs and/or projects funded by the European Union and international financial institutions.
WE OFFER:

- Salary from 2625 to 3272 euros (including taxes). We will negotiate the specific remuneration, and the result will depend on your experience and existing competencies;
- Bonuses (in case of increased workload), one-time payments (for long-term work at CPVA and recommended candidates) and benefits (in case of an accident);
- The opportunity to work remotely throughout Lithuania, European countries - up to 6 months per year, and longer if necessary. However, some activities take place at the CPVA office in Vilnius;

WHAT ELSE YOU NEED TO KNOW:
- Employment - work under an employment contract. We will sign employment documents electronically;
- Before employment - we will ask you to submit a declaration of private interests and a health check;
- Trial period - 3 months. During it, you will be assigned a curator, we will invite you to training for newcomers, we will provide you with all the information you need to do the work, so that the adaptation goes smoothly;
- Conflicts of interest – upon employment at CPVA, you will not be able to participate in work, financial, commercial or other activities outside of CPVA that cause or may cause a conflict of public and private interests and/or are related to projects administered by CPVA, projects prepared and implemented by public-private partnership;
