The Communications Regulatory Authority (CRA) is strengthening its Finance Department, implementing one of its strategic objectives – to increase the efficiency of financial management. We are looking for a financier to calculate the salaries of RRA employees, who is interested not only in the accurate implementation of accounting processes, but also in their improvement. We invite you to join us.

In this position you will:

  • calculate the salaries and other payments of RRT employees, prepare salary certificates for employees;
  • record financial and economic transactions related to the salaries of RRT employees and other data on settlements with employees in accounting registers and ensure that their accounting complies with the requirements of VSAFAS, and that the accounting registers are maintained in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
  • ensure proper accounting of business trip expenses and the use of funds;
  • prepare and submit declarations to the State Tax Inspectorate on paid salaries and other benefits related to employment relations, reports to SODRA and the State Data Agency in due time.

We hope you:

  • you have a higher education with a bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification;
  • you have at least 2 years of work experience in the field of financial accounting;
  • you know how to work with the State Budget, Accounting and Payment System (VBAMS) and the Public Sector Financial Accounting General Subsystem (FABIS), the Stekas-Alga payroll accounting program.
