Nature of work

Organize and ensure the smooth running of the company's accounting process and its compliance with the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania;
Ensure timely closing of accounting periods;
Prepare financial statements and tax returns;
Participate in preparing budgets, financial forecasts and managing cash flows;
Analyze financial results;
Evaluate the company's performance indicators and profitability;
Improve financial and accounting processes;
Ensure correct tax calculation and declaration;
Provide insights and suggestions to management;
Perform other tasks related to finance and accounting functions.

Higher education in finance, accounting, or economics;
At least 3 years of work experience in retail as a chief accountant, financier or similar position;
Excellent knowledge of accounting, taxes and Lithuanian legislation;
Experience in financial planning, budgeting and cash flow management;
Experience in preparing financial statements and analyzing financial results;
Good skills in working with MS Excel;
Analytical thinking, responsibility, initiative and good communication skills.
