Primary responsibilities
- become the main financial partner for Lithuanian company managers and business units, providing data-based insights for decision-making;
- independently create, develop and maintain all regular and ad hoc financial, performance and management reports;
- prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial analyses and business performance reviews;
- create and maintain a KPI system and management information panels (dashboards), ensuring high data quality and reliability;
- analyze production costs, cost structure, profitability, productivity and efficiency indicators, identifying optimization opportunities;
- prepare budgets, financial forecasts, scenario analyses and long-term financial models;
- perform plan and fact analysis, identify causes of deviations and provide specific recommendations to management;
- prepare financial assessments of investment projects, payback calculations and business case analyses;
- analyze cash flows, working capital indicators and other key financial KPIs;
- actively participate in the implementation and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, standardizing financial processes and automating reporting;
- collaborate with accounting, production, supply chain, purchasing and planning teams to ensure consistent financial data quality;
- identify process improvement opportunities and initiate automation solutions;
- prepare special analyses and calculations according to the needs of the company's management and the Group.
Requirements for the candidate
- higher education in finance, economics, business management or similar field;
- at least 3-5 years of work experience in the field of financial analysis, controlling or business analysis, preferably in a manufacturing company;
- excellent knowledge of cost accounting, production costs and performance indicators;
- experience in preparing budgets, forecasts, financial models and performing variance analysis;
- experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle or similar);
- very good skills in working with MS Excel, experience using Power BI or other business analytics tools;
- ability to work independently with large amounts of data and form reliable financial reports from different sources;
- analytical thinking, initiative and orientation towards improving business results;
- good knowledge of English.
