Join the FITSOUT finance team. In this position, you will work not only with financial reports and indicators - you will analyze project profitability, company performance, costs and cash flows, and the insights you provide will help management make informed business decisions.

What we offer:
- salary from 1,600 to 2,000 EUR in hand, depending on experience and competencies;

What you will do:
- prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets and financial forecasts;
- analyze the company's performance, financial indicators, their changes and deviations from the plan;
- assess the profitability of projects, analyze the factors influencing the results and provide insights into the financial results of projects;
- analyze the company's cost structure and contribute to cost control and optimization;
- plan and monitor cash flows;
- analyze and visualize financial and operational data using Excel, Power BI and the company's ERP system data;
- prepare analytical insights and recommendations for management, necessary for making business decisions;
- collaborate with different departments of the company to ensure timely provision of accurate and analysis-friendly data;
- contribute to the improvement of financial management, reporting and analysis processes.
A job that allows you to see beyond financial numbers
In a project-based manufacturing environment, financial results are closely linked to real business processes. By collaborating with project management, procurement, manufacturing, and other departments, you will see what drives project costs, profitability, and overall company performance.
You will be successful in this position if:
- you have a higher education in finance, economics, accounting or another related field;
- you have 1-2 years of experience as a financial analyst, auditor or similar position - experience in a manufacturing or international company would be an advantage;
- you work well with MS Excel and other MS Office tools;
- you have experience working with ERP systems and (or) data analysis and visualization tools, such as Power BI - we will consider this an advantage;
- you are able to analyze, structure and interpret financial and operational data;
- you understand the basic principles of accounting and taxation and are able to read and analyze the company's financial statements;
- you speak and write English well;
- you work independently and responsibly, are able to set priorities and meet deadlines;
- you are able to clearly communicate the results of analyses and collaborate with colleagues from different fields.
