FINANCIAL ANALYST

Financial data analysis, report preparation and interpretation;
Preparation, analysis and presentation of periodic financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual);
Analysis of business performance indicators (KPI) and provision of financial insights;
Budget planning, forecasting and control of their implementation;
Analysis of management requests and preparation of ad hoc financial reports;
Investment project assessment, economic analysis;
Participation in strategic planning and long-term financial decision-making processes;
Data quality assurance and control of the accuracy of financial reports;
Participation in audit processes and cooperation with external auditors;
Cooperation with other departments (accounting, sales, management, production);
Optimization and efficiency of financial processes, development of financial models and initiation of automation solutions.

Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or similar field (can be a final year student);
At least 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis or similar field (experience in a manufacturing company would be an advantage);
Good computer skills, especially MS Office (Excel); an advantage - experience working with the accounting program Navision and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau or others);
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
Analytical thinking, thoroughness and ability to work with large amounts of data;
Ability to work both independently and in a team and cooperate with different departments;
Knowledge of accounting standards.

1500-1900 €/mon. net
The selection is carried out from 2026.02.23 to 2026.03.21. The salary depends on the competencies. The terms of the employment contract are discussed during the interview.
