Your responsibilities:
We are looking for a responsible and diligent team member who would be responsible for monitoring customer payments, credit approval, contract preparation and debt management.
Main responsibilities:
Main responsibilities:
- Monitor customer payments, analyze delays;
- Send reminders to customers regarding unpaid invoices, maintain contact regarding debt reconciliation;
- Assess customer creditworthiness, approve credit limits;
- Prepare customer contracts and coordinate their signing;
- Cooperate with sales and accounting departments;
- Prepare reports as needed;
- Other tasks assigned by the chief accountant.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher or higher education (finance, law, accounting, management). Advantage – combination of law and finance knowledge;
- Experience working with customer settlements, debtor control or contract preparation – advantage;
- Good skills in working with Excel, knowledge of accounting programs – advantage;
- Responsibility, diligence, ability to meet deadlines and solve problems independently;
- Clear and polite communication.
