Nature of work:
- Prepare reports on the activities of companies and business units, draw up budgets, control their implementation and analyze efficiency;
- Systematically analyze operational data, identify trends and form reasonable analytical insights and recommendations;
- Calculate the payback of investment projects, assess their economic feasibility and provide proposals for investment decisions;
- Improve the tools used for planning, reporting and information management processes, aiming for greater accuracy and efficiency;
- Provide consultations and methodological assistance to other employees on economic analysis and financial assessment issues.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance or other related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a financial analyst;
- Experience working in manufacturing companies;
- Excellent working skills in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data modeling, Power Query);
- Ability to work with large-scale data: systematization, analysis, trend assessment;
- Ability to provide sound analytical insights and recommendations to management;
- Good communication skills: clear oral and written communication of information, constructive cooperation with different departments;
- Experience working with Power BI tool would be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English would be an advantage.
