Nature of work:
- Preparation of financial statements of the group of companies, reporting;
- Organization of the budgeting process: preparation of budget forms, coordination of planning, assignment of tasks to responsible employees;
- Analysis and evaluation of investment projects;
- Creation and improvement of the KPI tree of the group of companies;
- Participation in the implementation of the analytics tool, integrating all group companies;
- Creation of analytical dashboards according to business needs, data visualization;
- Planning, analysis of the cash flows of the assigned group of companies and proposals for improving the efficiency of cash flows;
- Cooperation with financial institutions: identification of financing needs, preparation of detailed analyses and materials for negotiations.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of work experience in the field of finance;
- Higher university education (in the field of finance, economics, business management);
- Good written and oral English skills from B1 level;
- Experience working with analytics tools;
- Ability to work with large amounts of data, structure information and present it clearly;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Initiative, ability to learn and contribute to organizational changes.
