BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Analysis of the processes of the group of companies and their efficiency, providing insights and suggestions for improvement;
- Calculation and analysis of performance indicators;
- Analysis and control of the financial activities of the group of companies;
- Assessment of the payback of development investments;
- Analysis of the possibilities of new business projects, preparation of business plans;
- Initiation, implementation and improvement of new analysis methods;
- Assistance in drawing up budgets of the group of companies and individual activities, and control of their implementation;
- Preparation and presentation of financial and operational reports to management and third parties;
- Analysis of credit and debit debts;
- Cooperation with company managers in providing proposals and consultations to increase operational efficiency.

WE HOPE YOU:
- You have a higher education (in finance, economics, mathematics or a similar field);
- You have gained at least 3 years of similar work experience;
- You have very good Excel skills;
- You are characterized by strong analytical thinking, the ability to systematize, summarize information, prepare conclusions and proposals;
- You are result-oriented, able to work both independently and in a team.

"Milsa" group of companies is more than 60 years of experience in the production of granite and dolomite crushed stone. The group of companies includes AB "Klovainių" skald (whose main activity is mining of dolomite in the Klovainių deposit and production of crushed stone) and two granite crushed stone factories: UAB "Granitas" in Kaunas and UAB "Granitinė skalda" in Vilnius. We are currently looking for team reinforcement in Kaunas.
