This is an important analytical position in the finance team, where analysis is transformed into insights that directly affect the financial decisions of the entire organization.
We are looking for an analyst who will use data analytics and artificial intelligence solutions, turning data into a strategic asset of the organization and a real impact on the daily operations of the company.

- turn financial data into clear insights - prepare periodic reports and analyze information in various sections;
- analyze and evaluate the company's financial and economic activities, investment efficiency, the appropriateness of the use of funds and other financial indicators;
- actively contribute to the preparation of the company's financial plans, forecast balance sheets, budgets and external reports;
- initiate and implement operational efficiency and cost optimization projects that have a real impact;
- collaborate closely with the finance department team, participate in meetings and training.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has a higher university education in the fields of economics and finance;
- has at least 2 years of successful work experience in the field of financial analytics;
- is able to prepare perspective and annual plans for the company's economic, financial and ongoing activities;
- is familiar with financial accounting and reporting standards;
- has excellent MS Excel skills and experience in using Power BI reports, experience in preparing presentations is an advantage;
- is characterized by strong analytical and strategic thinking, initiative and orientation towards the highest quality and results;
- knows English.
