Tasks:
Financial analysis of companies and investment projects;
preparation of financial models, cash flow and return on investment calculations;
analysis of budgets, forecasts and actual results;
evaluation of investment projects and financing proposals;
monitoring of performance indicators of funds and managed companies;
preparation of financial reports, presentations and analytical materials for management and investors;
data collection and analysis during due diligence of investment projects;
cooperation with property appraisers, auditors, banks and other partners;
assistance in new acquisitions, financing and other investment transactions;
improvement and automation of financial processes.

Our requirements:
Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or similar field;
2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, banking, investment management or corporate finance;
good skills in financial analysis, accounting and understanding of financial statements;
very good knowledge of Excel and the ability to prepare financial models;
ability to independently analyze information and clearly present conclusions;
diligence, responsibility and attention to detail;
good knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
interest in investments, real estate and financial markets.
2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, auditing, banking, investment management or corporate finance;
