What will you do?
- You will participate in the company's budget preparation and planning process.
- You will monitor budget execution, assess deviations and make recommendations.
- You will prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports and provide insights to management.
- You will prepare and maintain financial and performance reports in Qlik Sense (QS) and Power BI.
- You will contribute to the monitoring of financial indicators and the assessment of operational efficiency.
- You will identify potential financial risks and provide proposals for their management.
- You will cooperate with the heads of other departments, consult on financial data and results.
- You will ensure the accuracy and timely submission of financial data.
- You will contribute to the improvement and standardization of financial processes.
You will feel successful in this position if:
- You have a higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a related field.
- You have accumulated work experience in the fields of financial analysis, budgeting, financial control or business analysis.
- You have practical work experience with Qlik Sense and/or Power BI.
- You work well with MS Excel and are able to analyze and systematize large amounts of data.
- You are able to transform financial data into clear insights and recommendations for business decisions.
- You know the principles of financial statement analysis, budgeting and financial planning.
- You are able to see the links between business processes and financial results and assess their impact on performance.
- You are meticulous, responsible and focused on quality results.
- You are able to independently plan your work, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- You value cooperation and are able to communicate constructively with colleagues and managers from different fields.
- You have experience working with business management systems (Axapta, D365 FO)
- You are interested in artificial intelligence technologies and their application in the fields of finance and business analytics.
