Nature of work
- Collection, systematization, analysis, presentation of operational and financial data in various sections;
- Calculation and analysis of KPIs, efficiency indicators;
- Preparation of analytics and reports for management;
- Data quality assurance - cooperation with employees of other departments in order to ensure accurate operational and financial data;
- Participation in budgeting, cash flow planning processes, control of plan implementation;
- Evaluations of economic feasibility and payback of investment projects;
- Participation in optimization and digitalization of accounting, analytics, other processes;
- Loading data into Power BI reports, validation of data presented in BI reports, initiation of improvement of existing BI reports and creation of new reports;
- Performance of other tasks assigned by the manager.
Employee requirements
- Higher education in economics, finance, mathematics or a similar field;
- Successful experience in similar work (advantage - experience in a manufacturing company);
- Knowledge of business processes;
- Analytical thinking, ability to quickly manage large data flows, summarize information, clearly present insights and conclusions;
- Attentiveness, diligence, responsibility, initiative and positive attitude;
- Excellent skills in working with MS Excel, Power BI.
