A growing international group of companies is looking for a Financial Analyst to help turn data into clear insights and contribute to important business decisions. A growing international group of companies is looking for a Financial Analyst to help turn data into clear insights and contribute to important business decisions. If you are interested in digging into numbers, analyzing profitability and creating solutions that have a real impact on business results - this position could be just for you.
What you will do in this position:
- Analyze revenue, costs and profitability by projects, services and group companies;
- Monitor actual results compared to budget, identify deviations;
- Calculate the cost of services and products and assess the impact of pricing and contracts on profitability;
- Create financial and operational reports, KPIs and management dashboards in the Power BI environment;
- Consolidate and analyze financial and operational data from different group companies;
- Identify opportunities for operational and cost optimization;
- Contribute to improving financial analysis processes, automating reports and reducing manual work;
- Collaborate with different departments to make data-driven decisions.
What do we expect from you:
What we expect from you:
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or similar field;
- Experience in financial analysis, controlling or similar position;
- Very good Excel skills and experience working with larger amounts of data;
- Experience with Power BI or other BI tools - a big advantage;
- Analytical thinking, ability to structure information and provide clear insights;
- Initiative and desire to improve processes;
- Good English skills;
- "I care" attitude - responsibility for your work, desire to understand the business and look for solutions, not just provide numbers.
