Nature of work:
- Analysis of the production unit's performance and productivity indicators, monitoring deviations from the plan;
- Collection of operational data, systematization, provision of information in various sections and visualization in reports;
- Participation in the process of preparing budgets and financial forecasts and providing proposals for improving operational efficiency;
- Cooperation with various departments in order to optimize processes and reduce costs;
- Processing and interpreting large amounts of data, ensuring data quality;
- Participation in month-end closing procedures;
- Other tasks assigned by the finance manager.
Requirements:
- Higher education in economics, finance, auditing or similar field;
- At least 1.5 years of accounting, finance, auditing or similar experience;
- Analytical thinking and ability to provide insights;
- Initiative and result-oriented;
- Good communication skills when communicating with employees at various levels and the ability to work in a team;
- Ability to prepare financial statements and knowledge of accounting;
- Good MS Excel skills.
