Monthly salary: €2,870.00 - €4,300.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Prepare management and other reports taking into account the needs of financial and management reporting, legal regulations, other requirements
- Participate in the Group's annual budget, strategic planning processes
- Prepare and submit the company's annual budget, forecasts, actual results, strategic financial data to the management and the Board
- Collect, systematize financial and related data, provide the necessary information to interested parties
- Prepare regular management reports, analyze, interpret action links, provide observations/insights to the management
- Analyze, interpret action links, provide observations to the management
- Participate in projects to improve planning and management accounting processes, in the implementation of used information systems
- Analyze the cost of services, examine the validity of cost allocation, provide proposals for cost allocation, adjustment of management accounting architecture
- Participate in audit, inventory procedures, ensure the submission of correct data to relevant institutions, implement their recommendations
- Cooperate with the group's divisions to create an effective planning and management accounting function, including KPI, PPI, prepare and submit the company's annual budget, forecasts, actual results, strategic financial data to the management and the Board
What do we expect?
- Higher university education (in the fields of economics, finance, auditing, business management)
- Work experience in the field of finance or auditing
- Analytical thinking, ability to understand and summarize skills
- Skills in working with basic MS Office programs (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Teamwork skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Initiative, responsibility, excellent planning and organizational skills
- Familiarity with S4H and Power BI information programs
- Fluent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English
