ELTEL invites an analytically thinking, proactive and results-oriented FINANCIAL ANALYST to join its team, who will become an important business partner in planning the company's budget, performing analysis and control of the financial results of the divisions, and initiating solutions to improve operational efficiency and production processes.

Salary
4000-5000 €/month gross.
The amount of the salary depends on the experience.
In this position, you:
- You will be responsible for the preparation and execution control of the company's and divisions' budgets, preparation of financial forecasts and various scenarios;
- You will participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing processes, ensuring the timely and high-quality preparation of financial statements in accordance with the requirements of the Eltel Group;
- You will prepare and analyze monthly financial results;
- You will present financial and performance reports to management and business units;
- You will analyze the profitability of projects, labor costs and performance indicators, identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency;
- You will collaborate with department and division managers to identify cost optimization opportunities;
- You will collaborate with the Eltel Group Finance team and other colleagues responsible for financial and operational results
- You will develop, automate and improve financial analysis, planning and reporting tools and processes.
We are waiting for your CV if you:
- You have a higher university education in finance, economics, accounting or a related field;
- You have at least 2 years of work experience as a financial analyst, financial controller or similar position;
- You have experience in preparing budgets and financial forecasts;
- You communicate excellently in Lithuanian and English, both orally and in writing;
- You have strong analytical thinking, are able to structure information and clearly present insights;
- You work well with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office programs;
- You are proactive, independent, responsible and result-oriented and are able to argue your conclusions;
- You have a category B driver's license.
