In this role, you will not be just a report filler. You will become a strategic business partner whose insights help the company's divisions grow.
- Strategic Planning: You will create and control the company's and divisions' budgets, prepare financial forecasts and various business scenario simulations.
- Process Transformation: We will entrust you with developing, automating and improving financial analysis tools and reporting processes.
- Business Efficiency: You will analyze the profitability and costs of projects and look for ways to optimize operations and production processes.
- Decision-making: You will present financial reports to management, work closely with department heads and the international finance team of the Eltel Group.
What do we expect from a future team member?
- Experience: At least 2 years of work experience in financial analysis, control or a similar field and relevant higher education (finance, economics, accounting).
- Practical skills: Experience in preparing budgets and excellent command of Microsoft Excel and other Office tools.
- Personal qualities: Initiative, independence and the ability not only to present numbers, but also to explain their significance for the business in a reasoned manner.
- Other: Fluent Lithuanian and English (verbal and written) and a category B driver's license.
