We are looking for an experienced Financial Analyst who will contribute to strengthening the company's financial analysis processes and actively participate in Power BI and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- You will analyze the company's financial results, key performance indicators and rental income from real estate objects, employment and profitability indicators
- You will prepare the annual budget and financial forecasts, compare actual results with planned ones and analyze significant deviations
- You will provide insights and suggestions to management, helping to make informed business decisions
- You will actively participate in the implementation and development of Power BI - you will create, improve and automate financial reports and analytical models
- You will actively participate in the implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central system, adapting financial and accounting processes
- You will help the accounting department prepare periodic financial and management reports
- You will cooperate with management, the accounting team and other departments of the company
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, data analytics or similar field
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, financial control or similar field, including budgeting, financial forecasting and performance analysis
- Good Power BI skills and experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills and ability to analyze large amounts of data and clearly present conclusions
- Good understanding of financial reporting principles, ability to understand not only financial results, but also their causes and impact on the business
- Good knowledge of English in writing and orally, analytical thinking, thoroughness and ability to independently organize one's work
