Nature of work:
We are expanding Raben Baltics' finance team and are looking for a new addition in the field of financial analytics and control, whose main responsibilities will be:
- Budget planning, execution control, variance analysis;
- Cash flow planning and management;
- Participation in the month-end closing process;
- Preparation of management (financial) reports, analysis of indicators, providing insights;
- Improvement of existing reports and creation of new ones,
- Analysis of service profitability and cost control;
- Creation/updating of the company's financial processes as needed.
- Other tasks directly delegated by the manager
Requirements
- Higher university education in the field of finance/economics/mathematics;
- Experience in a similar type of work;
- Understanding of accounting principles;
- Knowledge of financial and management reporting principles;
- Excellent analytical thinking skills, ability to systematize and summarize information, and manage large information flows;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Knowledge of English;
- Good skills in working with MS Excel;
