Nature of work
- participate in the preparation of short-term and long-term investment plans and ensure control over their implementation;
- analyze financial, operational and other KPI indicators;
- analyze and evaluate investment projects and consult other divisions of the company;
- prepare periodic reports, provide financial data to interested parties, offer insights and solutions;
- control the implementation of the assigned financial processes of the Company;
- contribute to the preparation of reports on regulated activities and improve accounting processes for regulated activities;
- provide proposals for improving the efficiency of activities and innovations;
- contribute to other tasks assigned to the division and participate in projects implemented by the division by implementing new financial management IT systems, propose ideas and implement them.
Employee requirements
- higher university education (in economics, finance, business administration, auditing or similar);
- experience in financial analysis, control, investment project evaluation;
- analytical thinking and ability to work with large amounts of data and different sources;
- good knowledge of MS Office basic programs, excellent MS Excel skills, working Power BI skills - an advantage;
- good communication and presentation skills in Lithuanian and English (C1 level);
- receptiveness to innovations, willingness to learn and improve and result orientation;
- excellent planning and organizational skills;
- attentiveness and accuracy in performing tasks, good communication and cooperation skills, high sense of responsibility.

Salary
Monthly salary – 3200 - 4000 EUR (excluding taxes) and financial incentives (additional remuneration, taking into account the company's and individual performance results). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to independently achieve results.
