Nature of work
- Collection, systematization and analysis of the company's operational and financial data from various sources (ERP, accounting, production systems);
- Preparation of regular and ad hoc reports, summaries and dashboards for management;
- Monitoring of operational and financial indicators (KPI), identification of trends and deviations from the plan;
- Data quality assurance - identification and elimination of errors, inconsistencies and data gaps;
- Automation of reporting and data processing processes (Power BI or other tools);
- Close cooperation with finance, production and sales departments in collecting and refining data;
- Providing insights and recommendations to management, helping to make informed business decisions;
- Participation in projects for the implementation and improvement of data analysis and reporting systems (BI tools).
Requirements for candidates
- Higher university degree in data analysis, finance, economics, IT or related field;
- At least one year of work experience in finance and data analysis;
- Experience with BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar);
- Independence, responsibility, structured thinking and the ability to clearly present data-driven insights.
