Nature of work:
- Assist in preparing periodic company activity, sales and financial reports;
- Collect, systematize and analyze financial and operational data;
- Contribute to the budgeting process and budget execution monitoring;
- Participate in monthly and annual closing processes, preparing the necessary information and analyses;
- Prepare analyses of income, expenses and other performance indicators by product categories, sales channels, markets, customers, suppliers and other segments;
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare their summaries and provide information to financial analysts;
- Prepare comparative analyses of performance results and help identify deviations;
- Administer and update financial data, ensuring their accuracy;
- Cooperate with finance, accounting and other company departments in collecting and adjusting data;
- Perform other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
Expectations for the employee:
- You have a university or higher education (or are studying in the last years) in the field of economics, finance, accounting or business;
- You are good at MS Excel (formulas, Pivot tables, data analysis);
- You are able to think analytically, systematize information and work with large amounts of data;
- You are meticulous, responsible, able to plan your time and meet deadlines;
- You are able to work both independently and in a team.
