Main responsibilities:
We are looking for a leader for the position of the highest level manager, responsible for the functions of finance, accounting, analytics, legal and public procurement. This position will directly report to the heads of 3 departments (Accounting, Public Procurement and Legal) and 3 analysts. The entire department consists of a team of 50 professionals.
We expect that the successful leader will not only maintain well-functioning elements of the system, but will also actively develop it so that the Finance Department becomes an integrated center for making data-driven business decisions with a culture of high maturity in the use of data and AI.
The job is available in KAUNAS or VILNIUS (with the possibility of working in a hybrid way).

- effectively manage and control the company's finances, develop and implement a financial control strategy;
- ensure proper and timely financial reporting, ABC cost allocation, monitor financial flows and approve financial transactions, organize audits;
- to carry out the company's activity planning, ensuring the preparation, forecasting and control of the company's short-term and long-term financial (budget) and investment activity plans, timely submission of mandatory financial statements;
- to represent the company in the field of finance with stakeholders, financial institutions;
- to form and implement the Finance Department's strategy, ensuring the monitoring and optimization processes of accounting, financial activity analytics, legal and public procurement functions;
- to standardize, automate and transform accounting, planning, analytics, public procurement and legal processes with AI solutions;
- to ensure the efficiency of public procurement and legal functions, process speed and compliance with legal acts and at the same time value creation for the business;
- to form the organization's strategy together with the board and management team;
- to develop and grow a team of department managers and experts.
The job is available in KAUNAS or VILNIUS (with the possibility of working in a hybrid way).
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has at least 3 years of managerial experience in financial management and accounting;
- has a higher university education in economics or finance;
- has experience in standardizing and streamlining business processes;
- is able to use advanced AI and automation tools in daily activities;
- has a driver's license (Cat. B) and communicates in English at C1 level;
- is characterized by analytical and strategic thinking, focused on high standards and results;
- has leadership qualities, is ambitious, open to innovation, able to motivate a team.
ADVANTAGES:

- ACCA / CFA certificates.
