Nature of work
- organizing, coordinating and developing the work of finance and accounting teams;
- managing financial risks;
- ensuring the company's financial accounting, control and accountability;
- being a strategic partner for the company's CEO, management, daily activities, strategic company projects and decision-making;
- coordinating the preparation of financial statements and internal and external audits;
- organizing budget planning and controlling its implementation;
- analyzing financial results, profitability and operational efficiency and providing insights to management;
- planning, controlling cash flows and ensuring liquidity;
- consolidating financial results and ensuring data quality;
- implementing financial policy, developing and maintaining an internal control system, ensuring risk management;
- streamlining financial processes, implementing automation initiatives and cooperating with other departments.
Employee requirements
- higher education in finance, economics, accounting or similar field;
- managerial experience in the field of finance is required;
- knowledge of the principles of financial accounting, budgeting, financial control and financial analysis;
- ability to analyze financial data and make data-based decisions;
- good knowledge of English and knowledge of business management systems;
- interest in process efficiency and automation solutions;
- strategic thinking, responsibility, strong communication and team management skills.
An advantage would be:
- experience in an energy, infrastructure or project organization;
- experience working with the board or in the structure of a group of companies;
- experience in implementing digitalization or automation projects of financial processes;
- experience working with financial institutions.

Information about the monthly remuneration:
- remuneration 7500–8500 EUR GROSS. In accordance with the Employee Remuneration, Performance Evaluation and Development Policy, the employee may be paid a financial incentive depending on the Company, department and individual employee performance results. The amount of the financial incentive depends on the employee’s performance evaluation results;
- specific monthly remuneration is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his/her experience, competence and compliance with other requirements of the position;
- working hours – full-time.
