NATURE OF WORK

  • Development, implementation and continuous improvement of financial strategies that meet the company's goals and business growth plans.
  • Team management to ensure effective, structured work and strengthening of team competencies.
  • Preparation and control of the company's budget, financial plans and forecasts.
  • Preparation of financial statements in accordance with international (IFRS) and local accounting standards.
  • Cash flow planning, management and risk control.
  • Analysis and improvement of financial indicators, process optimization and recommendations for management decision-making.

WHAT IT NEEDS TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • At least 3 years of experience in financial management (experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage).
  • Excellent financial management, budgeting, cost analysis and understanding of business processes skills.
  • Analytical thinking, results orientation, ability to provide clear recommendations to the business.
  • Leadership skills, experience working with KPI indicators and ability to motivate a team.
  • Broad understanding of the interaction of business processes (finance, manufacturing, IT) and the ability to combine strategic thinking with active operational involvement.
