UAB "Rietavo veterinarinė sanitarija" (BIOVAST) is looking for an experienced Finance Director who would be responsible for the company's financial management, control and analysis of financial results and would become an important partner for shareholders and managers in making business decisions.
We are looking for not only a strategic finance manager, but also someone who is familiar with practical work with numbers - able to independently analyze financial results, notice deviations, delve into their causes and ensure financial control.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management, analysis and control of the company's financial results;
- Analysis of P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, costs, profitability and other key financial indicators;
- Coordination of budgeting and forecasting processes, analysis of actual results and deviations;
- Preparation of financial insights, recommendations and management information for management and the board;
- Planning and control of cash flows, financial assessment of investment projects and business decisions;
- Control and improvement of financial and accounting processes;
- Organization of the work of the finance team, setting priorities and controlling results;
- Cooperation with the Group's managers, auditors, banks and other partners;
- Active participation in making strategic and operational decisions.
WE EXPECT:
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or a related field;
- at least 5 years of significant experience in financial management, control or financial analysis;
- experience in leading a team;
- excellent knowledge of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and forecasting;
- strong analytical skills – the ability not only to see the overall financial picture, but also to independently delve into data, identify problems and propose solutions;
- very good skills and practical experience in working with Microsoft solutions (Microsoft 365, Power BI, Business Central);
- good knowledge of English;
- willingness to work in the workplace in Rietavas.

- experience in a manufacturing company, especially working with production costs, inventories and performance analysis;
- experience with financial investments (banks);
- experience in communicating and cooperating with state institutions;
- experience in financial assessment of investment projects and capital investments;
- knowledge of the Russian language.
