We invite a FINANCE DIRECTOR to join the Vilmers team, whose tasks will be:
- to form and implement the company's financial strategy, ensuring sustainable business growth;
- to lead finance, accounting, budgeting and control processes;
- to prepare and analyze financial reports, make recommendations to management;
- ensure effective management of cash flows, investments and financial risks;
- coordinate the preparation of annual budgets and control over their implementation;
- cooperate with banks, auditors, investors and other financial partners;
- ensure compliance with legal acts, financial standards and internal control procedures;
- participate in making strategic business decisions and in projects to increase operational efficiency.
We believe that you:
- have a higher education in the field of finance, economics, accounting or business management;
- have at least 5 years of managerial experience in the field of finance;
- have worked in a manufacturing or international company (an advantage);
- have excellent knowledge of the principles of financial management, accounting, budgeting and business analysis;
- are able to make strategic decisions and effectively manage changes;
- have strong analytical, leadership and communication skills;
- speak and write Lithuanian and English fluently.
