METAWOOD is looking for a Finance Director who will take responsibility for the company's financial strategy, capital efficiency, financial risks, and financial management quality.
Nature of work
To formulate and implement the company's long-term financial strategy, aligned with overall business goals and growth plans.
To provide the board and shareholders with financial insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.
To assess the financial feasibility, profitability, investment needs and capital adequacy of business plans.
To manage the company's financial risks and form an effective capital structure.
To analyze and control the cost of production, standard cost rates, deviations from the plan and production efficiency indicators.
To develop and maintain an internal control system, ensure compliance with tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
To provide the board and shareholders with financial insights and recommendations for strategic decisions.

What are we hoping for
Higher university education in finance, economics or accounting.
5 years of experience in financial management, including managerial experience.
Experience as a CFO in the manufacturing sector (an advantage).
Experience in strategic financial planning, risk management and capital structure.
Ability to comprehensively analyze the business and clearly communicate to the board and shareholders.
Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
