Responsibilities of the Finance Director:
- Formulate and implement the financial strategy of the group of companies
- Ensure financial control and transparency in all group companies
- Manage budgeting and financial planning processes
- Develop and improve the business management reporting system
- Analyze the group's performance and provide insights to the group's board
- Manage cash flows and working capital at the group level
- Develop and maintain financial and ERP systems (Odoo)
- Coordinate the finance function in different countries
- Cooperate with banks, investors and other financial partners
- Participate in strategic decisions, investment assessment and development projects
- Initiate efficiency improvement and cost optimization solutions
We expect from the candidates:
- 5+ years of experience in financial management
- Experience in managing group finances
- Strong financial planning, analysis and control skills
- Experience in developing financial models and reporting systems
- Understanding of profitability management, cost structure and business efficiency
- Experience in working with ERP systems (Odoo is an advantage)
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and structure them
- Ability to communicate clearly with the management team and other departments
- Excellent English language skills

The main activity of the group is the design, production and sale of corrugated steel structures used in the fields of transport infrastructure and water management. The group of companies is based in Lithuania, from which the activities of four factories in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Poland, Italy, Hungary and Romania are coordinated. Currently, the Rearma Group team employs about 120 employees.
