Finance and Accounting Manager

A growing group of real estate project development and investment companies is looking for a strong finance person to join the team full-time.

We are looking for not just an accountant, but someone who understands finances more broadly - able to manage numbers, see the overall business picture, control cash flows, analyze costs and ensure an orderly financial structure throughout the group of companies:

1. Full organization and supervision of the group's accounting;
2. Preparation and analysis of financial statements;
3. Cash flow planning and control;
4. Tracking and analysis of project costs;
5. Communication with banks, auditors, the State Tax Inspectorate and other institutions;
6. Optimization of financial processes and ensuring control;
7. Consulting management on financial issues;
8. Participation in business planning and strategic processes.

1. Have experience in accounting and finance;
2. Able to work independently and take responsibility;
3. Understand financial management not only theoretically, but also practically;
4. Know how to analyze numbers and make logical decisions;
5. Are organized, meticulous and result-oriented;
6. Experience in real estate, construction or project business is a great advantage.
7. Have a desire to learn, improve, and grow with the company;
