Finance and Accounting Manager | Chief Accountant

• an already formed accounting team of 3 people – you won’t have to create it from scratch, just improve it;
• direct cooperation with the company’s manager and real influence on business decisions;
• a wider scope of the financial function – from accounting control to analytics, budgets and cash flow planning;
• a hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 remotely, by agreement);
• reimbursement of fuel/travel expenses if you are traveling from another city;
• a tidy, systematic accounting environment and clear delegation of work.

You will join a stable, mixed-farming agricultural group of companies, where accounting is organized centrally. This is a position for someone who wants not only to oversee the accuracy of accounting, but also to really contribute to financial analytics, budgeting and process improvement.

• education in finance, accounting, economics or a similar field;
• 3 years of experience in accounting, including experience in preparing or reviewing financial statements;
• practical knowledge of tax and accounting standards;
• good Microsoft Office 365 skills;
• analytical thinking, responsibility and the ability to see processes more broadly.

It will be an advantage (but not a prerequisite):

• team coordination experience;
• experience in the agricultural or manufacturing sector;
• work with banks on financing issues;
• knowledge of Power BI or other analytical tools.
