MAIN FUNCTIONS:
- Analyze and model financial and operational data.
- Prepare, develop and improve management reports, KPI monitoring systems, analytical dashboards and other data visualization solutions.
- Automate the preparation of periodic and ad hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and reducing the amount of manual work.
- Work with SQL queries, data models, databases and data structures required for reporting.
- Apply artificial intelligence tools, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot or other solutions, for data analysis, modeling, query development and process optimization.
- Participate in the budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling and operational planning processes of the group of companies.
- Collaborate with accounting, IT and business teams to ensure high-quality data use and effective reporting.
- Analyze financial and operational data management processes, make suggestions for their improvement, and implement agreed changes.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- Higher university or college degree in finance, economics, accounting, business analytics, data analytics, mathematics, information technology or another field related to the position.
- At least 2 years of work experience in finance, business or data analysis.
- Good SQL knowledge and ability to work independently with different data sources.
- Practical experience in creating management reports, analytical dashboards, KPI monitoring systems or other data analysis and visualization solutions using Power BI or similar tools.
- Good understanding of financial statements, including profit (loss), balance sheet and cash flow statements.
- Very good skills in working with Microsoft Excel.
- English language knowledge at least B2 level, both spoken and written.
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, initiative and responsibility for the result.
- Ability to independently identify a problem, propose a practical solution and contribute to its implementation.
- Willingness to explore new analytics, automation and artificial intelligence solutions and apply them in daily activities.
- We will value experience gained while working in a group of companies or a holding structure.
- We will consider experience in logistics, transport or a related sector as an additional advantage.
- We will particularly value the ability and experience in automating reporting and data processing processes.
- We will consider practical experience in applying artificial intelligence tools in the field of finance, business or data analysis as an advantage.
