What responsibilities will we entrust to:

Strategic role and influence on the business

  • you will be responsible for financial control, supervision and active participation in making key decisions of 7 companies together with the management team and the SBA Group Finance function;
  • you will provide insights and suggestions on improving performance, optimizing costs and increasing efficiency;
  • you will actively participate in the strategic planning process, provide financial insights and recommendations to the management team.

Financial planning and forecasting

  • you will coordinate the preparation of the financial plan (budget) of SBA Home and related companies, ensure its consolidation, justification of key assumptions and presentation of insights;
  • you will prepare financial performance forecasts and provide insights to the management team;
  • you will prepare and manage cash flow planning and control.

Performance Analysis and Results Management

  • you will analyze the performance results, costs and budget execution of assigned business units, provide recommendations for improving performance;
  • you will ensure KPI monitoring and implementation of financial goals;
  • you will prepare reports according to business needs and develop reporting processes.

Team Leadership and Development of the Finance Function

  • you will coordinate the work of the financial control team (currently 4 financial controllers), ensuring the efficient and high-quality operation of the function;
  • you will form and improve the financial control processes of the furniture manufacturing business and ensure their operation;
  • you will initiate the improvement of financial control practices, ensure the functionality and data quality of SAP controlling;
  • you will cooperate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

We believe that you:

  • have at least 5 years of experience in financial control, analysis or audit (in a manufacturing environment - a great advantage);
  • have a higher university education in economics, finance or accounting;
  • have management experience or strong potential to do so;
  • have strong analytical and critical thinking;
  • are able to see the whole picture and make decisions based on data;
  • are proactive, focused on results and continuous improvement of activities;
  • have excellent collaboration skills and are able to clearly communicate financial insights;
  • have experience working with ERP systems (SAP - an advantage).
