Nature of work
- Coordinate the monthly closing process, prepare the Company's budgets and financial forecasts and control their implementation;
- Ensure the quality and reliability of data provided by departments;
- Analyze actual and planned results, identify the causes of deviations and provide the Finance Manager with insights and suggestions for improving results;
- Develop, maintain and improve the Company's planning, financial control and internal control system;
- Cooperate with different departments, coordinate process efficiency initiatives by automating processes.
Employee requirements
- work experience in the fields of financial control or analysis;
- completed university studies in finance, economics or a related field;
- strong analytical thinking, attentiveness and ability to work independently with large amounts of data;
- we expect you to be excellent at MS Excel, Power BI, ERP (Navision or BC);
- English language skills at least B2 level;
- we will consider the effectiveness of IT tools and experience in project activities as advantages.
