FINANCIAL CONTROLLER(S)

We are currently looking for a new team member in the Financial Planning and Analysis department. In this position, you will be responsible for improving the Company's financial models, financial analytics, forecasts and plans. Do you think we are on the right track? You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By maintaining and improving the financial models of the Company and its subsidiaries;
• By carrying out operational and financial control of the Company and its subsidiaries;
• By preparing the Company's budget, financial forecasts, long-term financial plans and investment efficiency assessment models;
• By monitoring and controlling the profitability of operating segments, performing deviation analyses;
• By improving management accounting reports and measures;
• By evaluating and providing observations on the pricing of the services provided by the Company;
• Organizing and implementing financial management optimization projects in the Company;
• Participating in the process of compiling the annual report and management reports.

• Higher education (in finance, economics or related field);
• Experience in developing and maintaining complex financial forecasting or investment return assessment models;
• Excellent MS Excel skills;
• Knowledge of financial statements (principles of cash flow, balance sheet, profit/loss);
• Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
• At least 3 years of similar work experience.

An advantage would be:

• Power Query, Power BI and data analytics skills;
• IFRS knowledge, ACCA/CFA qualification;
• Result orientation, responsibility, initiative and desire to improve;
• Good teamwork, organizational and time planning skills.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,770 to EUR 4,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
