You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• By coordinating the preparation of budgets, financial plans and forecasts of assigned functional centers and ensuring monitoring of their implementation;
• By analyzing the financial results of assigned functional centers, assessing deviations of actual indicators from the budget and forecasts and identifying their causes;
• By carrying out cost control, analyzing cost structure, changes and performance indicators;
• By cooperating with functional center managers on issues of financial planning, budget execution, forecasting and analysis of results;
• By preparing periodic financial and analytical reports, presenting key results, risks and opportunities;
• Assessing the financial impact of planned operational changes and initiatives, contributing to the efficient use of resources;
• Participating in the company's financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis processes, collaborating with other team members;
• Contributing to the improvement of financial control and analysis processes, improving data quality and automating report preparation.

• Higher education in finance, economics, business management or similar field;
• At least 2 years of experience in financial control, analysis, planning or auditing;
• Good knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, cost control and financial reporting principles;
• Ability to analyze financial results, identify causes of deviations and provide data-based insights and recommendations;
• Excellent skills in working with MS Office programs, especially Excel;
• Analytical thinking, independence, initiative and the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time;
• Good collaboration and communication skills, the ability to clearly present financial information to non-financial specialists;
• Good English language skills.

An advantage would be:

• Experience working with large amounts of data and analytical tools (Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query or the like);
• Experience in collaborating with business units in the role of a financial business partner;
• Experience in improving and automating financial planning, control and reporting processes.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,770 to EUR 4,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
