Your main responsibilities:
- Financial analysis and control – financial data analysis, budget execution control, assessment of deviations and their causes
- Income and expense (P&L) analysis – financial results analysis by cost centers, expense control and search for profitability optimization opportunities
- Performance indicator (KPI) management – setting indicators, monitoring, analysis and providing insights to management to achieve the company's strategic goals
- Providing financial insights and recommendations – assessing financial results and preparing data-based recommendations for making business decisions
- Financial analytics development – developing analytical tools, integrating BI solutions, creating and improving reports according to business needs
- Data quality assurance – ensuring data accuracy, interrelationships, fairness and integration
- Business process efficiency – identifying redundant data entry and reporting processes, initiating automation and optimization solutions for the entire company on a scale of
- Participation in digitalization projects – projects for the implementation, integration and improvement of financial systems and accounting programs

- Very good MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of accounting processes
