FINANCIAL CONTROLLER - ANALYST

We are looking for a strong, analytical and results-oriented Financial Controller - Analyst who would be actively involved in financial data analysis, budget control, process improvement and business decision support. In this position, you will work with Lithuanian and Latvian divisions of the company, ensuring the integrity of financial processes, data and analytical solutions between different business units. You will have the opportunity to contribute to financial digitization projects, development, implementation and integration of accounting systems, using Qlik Sense, Axapta and Equinoxe tools.

Financial control and analysis:

• Daily financial data analysis, budget execution control and monitoring of performance indicators (KPI) by cost centers, ensuring financial transparency and decision validity;
• Analysis of income and expenses (P&L) by cost centers, cost control and profitability optimization;
• Setting performance indicators (KPI), monitoring and analysis, providing insights to management to achieve strategic goals;
• Analysis of financial results and providing recommendations for business decision-making.

Cash flow and financial risk management:

• Analysis of cash flow, debt management and preparation of forecasts, maintaining the stability of the company's liquidity;
• Monitoring and control of financial indicators (covenants) of contracts with partners, ensuring compliance with obligations;
• Assessment of financial risks of atypical contracts in cooperation with lawyers and business managers;

Reports, analytics and systems development:

• Creation and development of financial analytics, integrating advanced BI solutions (Qlik Sense) for financial and business management decision-making;;
• Ensuring data interconnections, accuracy and integration between business management systems (Qlik Sense, Axapta, Equinoxe), guaranteeing a reliable analytical basis for business decisions;
• Development of Qlik Sense analytical tool, creation of reports according to operational needs, ensuring data integrity;
• Standardization of financial processes between Lithuanian and Latvian divisions;
• Coordination of preparation of financial reports according to VAS and ensuring business management analytics;

Process improvement and digitalization:

• Improvement of operational processes by identifying and eliminating redundant data entry and report preparation processes (in the company as a whole);
• Participation in financial digitization projects, implementation and integration of systems and accounting programs;
• Application of tax optimization solutions and control of tax risks, ensuring compliance with legal acts;
• Cooperation with the chief accountant, IT team, heads of Lithuanian and Latvian departments and other specialists, ensuring integrated financial management;
