Your responsibilities
- Prepare reports related to the company's financial results in accordance with IAS (profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flows);
- Analyze the company's profitability, prepare reports;
- Ensure the accuracy of information in the database;
- Ensure the smooth operation of financial control and accounting processes, their supervision and continuous improvement;
- Perform verification of the company's internal controls and ensure their maintenance in accordance with the requirements of the company and the group;
- Develop and improve internal control systems, ensuring their compliance with applicable laws and internal company rules;
- Monitor and improve financial and accounting process programs and their functionalities, participate in automation, digitalization and system conversion projects;
- Monitor the company's financial results (revenue, costs, profitability), liquidity, receivables and payables;
- Provide insights to top-level managers;
- Initiate, participate in and lead projects related to improving the company's results, efficiency and internal controls;
- Organize the team's work in Estonia and Lithuania.
- Resolve various ad-hoc financial issues.
Your profile
- Higher education (in the fields of Economics, Finance, Business Management);
- Successful, at least 2 years of work experience in the field of Finance;
- Good understanding of the company's financial and business processes;
- Experience working in industrial or international organizations (advantage);
- Excellent MS Excel skills, BI systems, experience in performing complex big data analyses (advantage);
- Good spoken English (mandatory);
- Ability to work systematically in accordance with procedures and requirements.
