What responsibilities will we entrust to:
- collaborate with the management team of a US-based furniture manufacturing company, providing analytical and advisory financial partnership in the decision-making process;
- prepare periodic operational and financial reports and provide clear, decision-supporting insights in English;
- coordinate the budgeting process, actively monitor its execution and analyze deviations, providing recommendations;
- analyze cash flows, evaluate and monitor investment projects and their effectiveness;
- perform ad-hoc analyses according to business needs;
- initiate and implement improvements to financial and analytical processes and tools.
We believe that you:
- you have a university degree in finance, economics or a related field;
- you have at least 2 years of experience in finance, working in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) roles (experience in a manufacturing company is an advantage);
- you have excellent skills in working with MS Excel (experience in working with SAP is a significant advantage);
- you have very good English language skills (B2–C1) – for both analytical and consultative communication;
- you have a solid foundation in accounting and finance, are able to analyze business indicators, see interrelationships and draw conclusions that support decisions;
- you have analytical thinking, initiative, responsibility and a proactive approach.
