The following tasks await you:
- prepare and coordinate analyses of financial results and performance indicators;
- prepare and coordinate long-term and short-term business plans, strategies, their financial models and performance forecasts, monitor and control them;
- model and evaluate investment and business projects, control budget execution;
- prepare investment project support reports;
- prepare the annual management report and manage this process;
- perform various financial calculations and data analysis of regulated activities;
- optimize and develop analysis and control processes;
- develop and improve financial and business analytics tools;
- engage in other tasks and projects as needed.
It is important that you:
- you would have a higher university education in the fields of finance, economics, accounting;
- you would have at least 3 years of work experience in financial control or financial analysis in business companies;
- you would have excellent MS Excel skills;
- you would be characterized by analytical and critical thinking, efficiency, initiative, diligence, responsibility and good problem-solving skills;
- you would have excellent command of the Lithuanian language;
- you would have English at least at the B1 level.

AB „Klaipėdos energija“
AB Klaipėdos energija is one of the oldest Lithuanian energy companies, having grown from a coal-fired power plant built in 1929 on the banks of the Danė River. At that time, it was one of the most modern power plants in Lithuania. Severely damaged during World War II and rebuilt after the war, the thermal power plant has been successfully operating to this day. For many years, Klaipėda Power Plant was the main electricity supplier in Western Lithuania, and in 1959, after Klaipėda was connected to the general Lithuanian energy system, the main task of the company became the supply of centralized heat to industry and residential buildings. As the city and its energy needs grew, several more boiler houses were built in Klaipėda, and all heat producers were connected by main networks.
