Nature of work
- Evaluate the company's performance and financial indicators, provide analyses and insights for decision-making.
- Prepare the annual budget and monthly forecasts, ensure control over their implementation and contribute to process improvement.
- Monitor the implementation of the income and expense plan, perform deviation analysis and provide proposals for increasing efficiency.
- Prepare analyses and reports for management, external and internal audits.
- Actively cooperate with Finance departments in other Group companies.
Requirements
- Higher education in finance or economics.
- Work experience in the field of financial control, analysis or accounting.
- Knowledge of business and accounting standards.
- Ability to work with computer programs necessary for financial analysis.
- Skills in systematizing, summarizing and clearly presenting information.
- Ability to communicate in English.
