Financial Controller

We are growing quickly and consistently, so we are looking for a Financial Controller who will report directly to the CFO. This position will contribute to the formation of our financial strategy, ensure data-driven decisions and help the company continue to grow sustainably.

Your responsibilities

• You will collect, systematize and analyze company performance data (in the field of e-commerce).
• You will prepare financial forecasts, budgets and their models.
• You will monitor actual performance results, perform budget variance analysis and prepare reports.
• You will provide management with financial insights and recommendations.
• You will consolidate the results of subsidiaries and prepare consolidated financial statements (also for foreign companies).
• You will create and improve Power BI reports and interactive dashboards.
• Participated in automating financial and analytical reports.
• Ensure the effectiveness of internal control systems and compliance with legal acts.
• Cooperate with auditors, provide the necessary information and help solve identified problems.
• Oversee banking relationships, optimize the use of credits and investments.
• Implement insurance and risk policy decisions.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the CFO.

What we expect from you

• Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or accounting.
• At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis or control.
• Excellent working skills with analytical tools (MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, Excel Macro/VBA).
• Practical accounting knowledge.
• Ability to prepare financial and performance reports (IFRS - an advantage).
• Experience working with large amounts of data and consolidated reports.
• Working experience with accounting programs.
• Excellent time management, analytical and organizational skills.
• ACCA certificate or studies would be an advantage.
