Main tasks and responsibilities:
- analysis and control of financial results, preparation of forecasts, budgeting;
- analysis and control of the company's business, accounting and financial processes, development and implementation of new control functions;
- performance of monthly financial controls - for the purpose of month-end closing;
- periodic preparation of financial statements for the group, adhoc requests;
- implementation of a new analytical tool and development of its functionality;
- close cooperation with colleagues and other departments of the company.
Requirements:
- higher university education (in the fields of economics, finance, accounting);
- 2 years of financial control or financial analysis work experience in a business company (retail is an advantage);
- very good knowledge and practical use of Excel functions (knowledge of other analytical tools is a great advantage);
- initiative and willingness to contribute to the implementation of changes;
- good knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
