Main responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation of the company's strategic, long-term and short-term development programs
- Prepare and consolidate forecasts of the group's companies' activities, forecast cash flows, prepare financial plans
- Monitor the financial results and cash flows of the group's companies, prepare reports
- Assess benefits and key risk factors, model finances
- Evaluate business initiatives, investment projects using NPV and DCF methods, provide insights
- Coordinate period (monthly, quarterly) closings
- Consult company employees on financial and accounting issues
- Participate in audit processes, ensure the submission of correct data to relevant institutions
- Introduce and maintain policies, procedures and regulations related to financial management
- Participate in the improvement of financial planning, management accounting and reporting processes, and the implementation of used information systems
What do we expect?
- Higher education in the fields of economics, finance, auditing, business management
- Similar work experience in the field of financial planning and analysis
- Knowledge of the principles of financial management, planning, cost control and international financial reporting standards
- Financial modeling and consolidation skills and good analytical knowledge
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- Work experience with SAP, Power BI programs (advantage)
- Initiative, excellent planning and organizational skills, attention to detail
- Fluent Lithuanian and good English skills
